  • Great place for a weekend outside of the city. You need to go to Karpacz, which is a small mountain city next to Jelenia Gora. Then you can take a ski-lift (operating entire year), which will take you almost to the top. Then you need to go up-the-hill for about 45 minutes and you can enjoy such views yourself! I really recommend this to all who happen to be over the weekend in Wroclaw, Poland and want to see something more than just the city.

Bikers friendly hotel

Nice hotel in a beautiful area, professional and friendly staff. Bikers friendly - service and cleaning place, secured storage for bikes. I would recommend bike trails Singltrek pod Smrkem that is right behind the hotel. After riding you can enjoy outdoor whirpool.

Miło i ciekawie.

Byliśmy na przełomie styczeń - luty. Bardzo miła obsługa, piękne położenie, cisza i spokój. Cieplutka woda w basenie dawała wieczorem odprężenie. Pyszne śniadania i obiadokolacje. Chociaż prawie codziennie padał deszcz to wypoczęliśmy zwiedzając Świeradów i okolice. Pomógł nam w tym "Niezbędnik Turysty" - broszura dostępna w Hotelu a wydawana przez Miejskie Centrum Kultury i Aktywności. Polecamy.

Na pokoji nebylo velmi špatné (max. jedna čárka) připojení wifi, i když bylo slíbeno. Nezlepšilo se ani po upozornění na recepci. Snídaně byly vynikající, nabídka teplých jídel k večeří byla vzhledem k ceně velmi malá a jednostranná. Areál hodelu je velmi pěkně udržován a hezky zařízen. Pokoj byl čistý a prostorný.

Hotel bardzo ładny,czysty i pachnący.Śniadania smaczne, niczego nie brakowało,gdyż obsługa wszystko szybciutko uzupełniała.Jedyny minus,to lokalizacja-hotel położony jest trochę na uboczu i do centrum trzeba dojechać samochodem.

Die Anlage ist nett gemacht, aber das Umfeld ist nicht sehr schön. Keine deutschen Sender, angeblich wegen dem Wetter. Die polnischen Sender waren aber alle da. Das Antennenkabel habe ich wechseln lassen, weil defekt. Das hatte auch keinen Einfluss auf die deutschen Sender. Frühstück ausreichend, aber nicht begeisternd. Das Zimmer war sehr großzügig und sehr sauber.

Toller Aufenthalt im Cottonina

Wir waren für ein Wochenende dort, um von dort auch Görlitz zu besuchen und Wellness zu genießen. Die Sauna war leider zu klein für so viele Gäste und der sogenannte Ruheraum ist nicht sehr gemütlich und durch den benachbarten Pool auch recht laut, dafür fand mein Mann die Massage sehr angenehm. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und vielseitig, Zimmer sehr modern und sauber, Anlage sehr gepflegt.

Krótki pobyt

Hotel dla rodzin z dziećmi. Osoby podróżujące we dwoje nie będą czuły się tam komfortowo. Śniadania niezbyt bogate, głośne rozmowy przy stole, bieganie za dziećmi po jadalni z widelcami z jedzeniem. Kąpiel w basenie prawie nie możliwa, rodzice z dziećmi stoją w jednym miejscu uniemożliwiając tym innym plywanie.

Einzelzimmer + Notbett statt Doppelzimmer

Schöne Hotelanlage inmitten einer oft verfallenden Ansammlung von Häusern. Keine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Das Hotel ist sehr kinder-orientiert: Nichts für Gäste, die bis 22:00 Uhr der Lärm des Hotel-eigenem Spielplatzes stört - wobei polnische Kinder offenbar weit besser erzogen sind, als deutsche, wie sich im Pool oder Restaurant zeigte... Absolutes No-Go: Statt des gebuchten Doppelzimmers erhielten wir einen Single-Room. Erst nach Beschwerde wurde ein Notbett gebracht, dass man in deutschen Flüchtlingsheimen kaum akzeptiert hätte (siehe Foto). Schlaf war darin kaum möglich. Erst für die zweite Nacht war eine Umzug in ein Doppelzimmer unter dm Dach möglich (mit kaputtem internet (man musste einen Stock tiefer gehen), extremer Kopfstoß-Dachschräge und schwarzen(!) Lampenschirmen! Originell aber völlig duster! Die eigentlich netten Desk-Damen verloren ob der verdorbenen ersten Nacht kein Wort des Bedauerns. Stattdessen erzählte man uns beim Auschecken, das erste Zimmer sei doch ein Doppelzimmer gewesen! Hallo? Mit EINEM Kopfkissen, EINEM Trinkglas und EINEM Set Handtücher? Wohl eher nicht... Die Dame gab's dann auch auf und bot lächerliche 10% Rabatt an. Wir konnten's noch auf 20% pushen, fühlten uns nicht wie Gäste behandelt - und werden wohl kaum wiederkommen.

Podziękowanie

Pobyt w Cottoninie w Świeradowie bardzo udany. Byliśmy cztery doby z pięcioletnim wnukiem Jasiem, który zaczął naukę jazdy na nartach. Bardzo mu się to spodobało i świetnie sobie radził. Warunki w hotelu bardzo dobre, no i smaczna, nawet wyśmienita kuchnia. Panie w recepcji i w restauracji mardzo miłe ( panowie również). Bardzo dziękujemy, na pewno jeszcze przyjedziemy.

Établissement à recommander.

Très belle chambre spacieuse. Grande piscine avec une eau bien chaude. Petit déjeuner plus orienté vers le salé mais très bon. Personnel très souriant et efficace. À recommander danse hésitation .

Fajne miejsce

Momentami były problemy z ciepłą wodą w pokoju oraz z sygnałem telewizyjnym, ale to nieważne ponieważ całymi dniami można siedzieć w strefie wellness :)

Z dala od miasta ale cicho i komfrtowo

Hotel jest komfrtowy i czysty, niestety położony zdala od Centrum Świeradowa. Dla spacerujących to nie problem- 40 minut spokojnym spacerkiem przez las to sama przyjemność. Strefa baseowa jest czysta i zadbana. Pokoje niemałe i czyste (choć u nas po mimo tego że luty latały ogromne muchy???). Jeśli chodzi o restaurację to była przepełniona, w okresie kiedy byliśmy był problem ze znalezieniem stolika na śniadanie. Musieliśmy przyjść 2-gi raz. Niestety był już problem bo niektóre potrawy się skończyły. Obsługa choć bardzo miła zaczyna zbierać bufet równo o 10.30, nie biorąc pod uwagę tego, że my zostaliśmy poniekąd zmuszeni do przyjścia po raz drugi. Hotel jednak polecam i jeśli będziemy w pobliżu to z pewnością tam wrócimy, może tylko w mniej popularnym okresie.
