Hotel Mesra Haiwan Kesayangan di Sweetwater

"Room 128 was musty smelling. Bathroom has rust stains, cracked/missing caulking, room floor has chips/gaps at the wall. Peeling paint, water stains in closet ceiling area. Room needs to be updated. Hoping I can attach some photos to show. Water has to be getting behind the walls of the shower. Was only passing through and only stayed for a quick night. If I was staying multiple nights, I would have asked for a different room. Travel this route regularly. Will definitely try another place...

"Great location. Hotel was extremely clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Indoor swimming pool and hot tub were clean and perfect! Bed was comfortable and pillows were great! Couldn’t have asked for a better stay!"

"We’ve stayed here many times and always receive excellent service. I booked a room with a sofa just so we’d be more comfortable watching tv, but we were assigned a room on the first floor that did not have a sofa. Do the price difference from the original room was about $23. No big deal, but Expedia gave us a credit of $25 to use later. I think maybe the young man switched us to the first floor as a courtesy to us since we’re elderly. He prob thought it would be better for us."
