Hotels near Swedish Medical Center

"Leaky refrigerator, water was not very hot in the shower. Overpriced breakfast, so I declined. Restaurant attached to the hotel was meh and also overpriced. Parking was extremely inconvenient, so much so that I got lost and ended up in a minor traffic collision due to gridlock. Explanation for directions to the garage were unhelpful. Had to go downstairs to go up the elevator which makes no sense to me. General rating, 2 star because at least the bed was made well and there were good soaps and shampoo in the shower. "

"Beautiful corner room, clean, comfortable. Kyle was the front desk person when we checked in and he was wonderful! Easy Parking on site for a nominal fee. We love our stays at the Mediterranean!"

"The service and staff were all amazing! Great hospitality and wonderful food and drinks prepared in the restaurant and lounge. The only complaint (totally personal) is that there are way too many mirrors in odd places. Overall absolutely stunning place and great experience!"

"Everyone was ok except inconsistent suggests from staff regarding how to best pay for parking. Id stay further from downtown next time. Its largely empty and everything closed after 5pm. "

"I’m a disabled customer and this hotel was extremely helpful, courteous and made my stay less stressful. They were accommodating and the Italian restaurant in the hotel is amazing! Lauren was a phenomenal waitress! The staff was so great… until I checked out and the bell guy was not very helpful trying to help me find a taxi accessible for wheelchair to get to the airport. He just let me and my sister sit there stressed we were going to miss our flight and offered not a lot of help as we called everyone in town. Didn’t help with the door or luggage as we left. Other than that, everything is a walk away. The room was clean and comfortable. I’d stay here again."

"I don’t feel my ability to express my feelings with words will do justice to how magnificent this hotel’s customer service is! Deon at the front desk has customer service skills that come from experience and having a genuine personality that wants to get to know people and make connection. It can be unsettling to be away from home and to be made felt welcome is imperative to the traveling experience. To say he goes above and beyond is an understatement. Not only do I plan on staying there again, but I plan on recommending it, purely for the incredible people they have curated to be their staff. Deon is not a lone star in being expectional, but he sure is a shining one!"
