"From the moment we stepped in and were greeted by the doorman it was the best stay. We left our bag as we arrived early. On returning to the hotel we were checked in and given our key and we enjoyed a drink in the bar first. The room was upgraded for my husband's birthday and it was beautifully adorned with lots of balloons and a lovely message with chocolates from the manager. Such a lovely gesture to be so spoilt. "This was a great property to stay at. Near the train station, close to all amenities. The only thing I would flag is that the AC wouldn't work in our room and was only blowing out hot air, and we couldn't open the windows in our room as they were properly locked. It made for a very hot evening."
