We didn’t get the access instructions as Expedia had said but were able to contact the host directly who responded immediately to get us in. "The place is fantastic with one exception - the temperature control - or lack there of! Was told nicely by staff heating and cooling was controlled centrally and the whole hotel - or at least all the rooms could either be heated - so have warm air pumped into the room and temp was therefore between 25-27 degrees or could have cooling system switched on, but it need to be done at central level for the whole hotel - the thermostats in our rooms were basically decorative. Everything else was brilliant, food was great with lots of options, place was beautifully decorated, pool areas were plentiful and stylish, place was well equipped, staff were friendly - nothing but praise - apart for the lack of temperature control. "
