Друзья, это прекрасное соотношение цена/качество. Всё предоставлено как заявлено в описании, роскошный завтрак, небольшая но уютная зона спа. Везде продуманные детали Заботы и сервиса.

Хороший новый отель с приятным дизайном. Даже стандартный номер был просторным, места хватает. При заезде угощают шампанским и конфетами ручной работы. Хорошая локация, до Янтарь холла - 5 мин пешком, вокруг приятные улочки с виллами. При отеле ресторан с акцентом на балтийскую кухню, но лучше бронировать заранее, много гостей с улицы. Отель оправдал ожидания, все понравилось.

Очень красивый отель, впечатлил дизайн номеров, удобные кровати, чистое приятное белье. Понравилось, что можно заказать еду в номер из ресторана (самая вкусная еда, что мы ели за всю поездку по Калининградской области), и замечательный завтрак с большим выбором (включаю икру и игристое). Обслуживание вежливое, но сдержанное. При заезде угощают бокалом игристого и конфетами ручной работы. Плохо, что чек-ин поздний, в три часа, а в бронировании указан час заезда 14:00. И еще из недостатков: плохая звукоизоляция номеров, слышно, как соседи разговаривают.

Так получилось,что в этом году, останавливаемся в Madame L уже в третий раз. Всё стабильно хорошо. Ни коронавирус, ни связанный с ним карантин, не сказался на качестве услуг и уровне сервиса предоставляемых персоналом отеля и ресторана Local. Как только были сняты ограничения, весь комплекс заработал, как ни в чем не бывало. Единственный момент, это конечно очень плотный график поснщений в SPA, о посещении нужно позаботиться заранее. В номерах всё хорошо. Просторные, свежий ремонт, большие удобные кровати, мини-бар, кондиционер, чайник и минеральная вода в качестве "комплимента" для гостей. Ванная комната оборудована душевой кабиной, присутствует неплохая косметика. Всё чисто и аккуратно, никаких нареканий нет.

Останавливались в отеле на ночь. Все понравилось. Чисто и уютно в номере, есть парковка. Расположение удачное , все в пешей доступности. Так как это был не сезон, отель был пуст, но это только добавляло шарма! На завтрак было приготовлено такое количество еды, что это физически невозможно употребить!! Всё было вкусно, включая свежевыжатый апельсиновый сок! А какой там воздух, просто хотелось гулять и гулять!! Мы смело рекомендуем этот отель к посещению !
