Sveti Vlas Beach Resorts from RM473

"I've been coming to Hotel Palace for the last 3 years in the heat of the summer and I must say I was pleasently surprised by the warm welcome and the personal attention that is given to each guest. For us specifically, we had the manager, amazing lady, telling us about the past of the hotel industry in Bulgaria, the history of the region and many more local tips that made our stay great. We will come back with our friends again in August - looking forward! "

"L' appartement que nous avons eu était propre, fonctionnel, au 4ème étage d' un grand bâtiments, avec à moitié la vue sur la mer (l' autre moitié étant complètement boucher par ces grands immeubles...).La personne qui nous à reçu parlait anglais mais ne nous à pas décrocher un sourire...L' hôtel est à 15 minutes en voiture de Sunny Beach et il n' y à pas grand chose autour à part d' autres enclos à touriste. Pour ma part j' ai largement préférer la première semaine de mon séjour à Balchik dans...

"Stayed at the hotel portion of the resort from the 24th September until 30th. The resort was very nice but it was clear we arrived at the end of the season as certain things were out of stock when we ordered them etc. the resort itself was incredible and the staff were very friendly. Being that it was the end of season it was very quiet with plenty of space at all the pools and on the beach."

"The hotel was clean and tidy and was a good base for us, the staff (Julie) was brilliant even booking transfers for us back to the airport at nearly half the price of the taxi to the hotel. The kids loved the pool and spent many hours in there. The beach was 5 minutes from the hotel with restaurant's and bars being very good and very cheap, with excellent services aswell. The only thing we didn't manage to sort out was using the buses from Sveti Vlas to Sunny beach, but better luck next time...

"It was dirty , noisy and unpleasant hotel.The staff was unfriendly and unhelpful. We ask several times to clean our room and change at least the towels but without any result.The smell was awful. The duvets were never washed and smelled of sweat.The room smelled musty.Avoid this hotel!"
