"Big rooms space, hot shower available, cleanliness, big parking lot available for cars."

"An ordinary hotel in Battambang- very hard uncomfortable bed, room didn’t overlook a pool- shower room had water, we didn’t get any hot water, curtains were ineffective. Interesting lock (padlock) for the room, We ordered some room service- this was ok. Seemed a nice family running the place but it’s more of a guest house feel."
