Very pleased with my stay at Hotel Arte. Staff were nice and friendly whenever I had questions or needed help requesting transportation. Definitely recommend staying at this hotel if you’re planning on staying in Suwon. Thank you Hotel Arte!!!

Hotel is well located near buses and subway, clean and new, with super helpful staff. However, there was construction next door, which made it noisy starting around 7am. There are coffee places and restaurants and that meant some garage piled up on the street.

The room was big enough for four people and we loved the outside terrace. Everything was clean and neat. But the sofa bed was uncomfortable to sleep. Breakfast had various dishes and was very tasty.

During my stay, it was notably noisy due to ongoing refurbishment of a building right next to the hotel. Additionally, the room's Wi-Fi was only usable within the room itself, which can be inconvenient if you need to download something and step out. While the breakfast was decent, the selection was somewhat limited.

Thank you very much for taking the precious time to write your thoughts on using Hotel Arte.We apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced during your stay.Since the hotel is located in the commercial district, there may be some noise around it, but the advantage is that noise mitigation windows are installed to block noise if the windows are completely closed.On the other hand, We are very sorry that We were not fully satisfied with the room use due to the noise during your stay. If you visit next time, we will prepare a quiet and pleasant room. We promise to come back with a better appearance. Thank you.

Well maintained and clean hotel. Rooms are good. Separate/ single beds bed arrangement should be available. Liked the ambience and neatness of interiors. Nice artistic display in all spaces. Overall pleasant experience.

We stayed here for 4 days, the rooms were very clean and the hotel overall seemed quite new, the service from the staff was amazing as they helped out with any questions we had. The price is quite good for how well and clean this hotel is, that we have booked another week here.

Absolutely superb staff, very helpful, going above and beyond, made our experience so pleasant in every way. Limitless dinning options in the area, comes to alive when the sun goes down (Would not recommend for family’s with smaller kids).

Great staff, unlimited dinning options, clean facility. Weekends can be bit noisy and crowded, would not recommend for families with small kids, otherwise Hotel Arte puts you right in the middle of Suwon restaurant scene, so much to do.

Room was clean and relatively well renovated. Noise level was not bad. Employees were kind and gentle. But the hotel is located in the middle of very much busy n congested area. Don't even think about getting taxi to the hotel after 7 pm. For sure all taxi drivers will say no to go.
