"This is a good location for getting the subway or the bus. It's an all women hostel. There is toast and eggs for you to enjoy as a light breakfast. They have 4 individual bathroom/shower room to share which was nice for privacy. They were well stocked with toiletries, towels, and hair dryer. I enjoyed my stay there. "

"We saved so much by staying at the Ryu Guest House instead of a Marriot or Holiday Inn. It was like apartment studio living abroad in Sinsadong, Gangnam, Seoul, SK. Everything was walking distance to Metro, Food, Groceries (CU Market), Bars (Kompact Record Bar), Coffee Houses (Milestone) and Garosugil (Trendy Area). We felt very safe as well. "The room was small, slightly wider than a twin bed, but that was expected. Bed was a bit on the hard side. The room was clean. Free bottle of water included. Super close to the train station. The huge negative is the thinness of the walls. I could hear the people in the bathroom next to my room. I could hear anyone and everyone in the hallway. Hard to sleep well when your room is not quiet at all."

"It’s simple and just the basic - a clean, safe, and comfortable place to stay in Seoul. A few blocks from Myeongdong Station. Very close to restaurants and stores. I stayed here for a week and I would say they gave the best customer service. The staff were friendly and helpful. "

"Place was a little far from the subway exit. So be prepared to walk a bit. Blessing is that the exit from subway has escalator so you don’t have to carry the luggage up the stairs. The room is small like most comments. Though we used the space under the bed as storage to help free up some walking space. Only medium size towels and shower, hair, conditioner, toilet paper and tissue is provided. So if you need basic amenities like toothbrush and toothpaste, you would have to buy or bring them...

"This is a great place to stay. Close to subway station Exit 5. Convent to take the Airport Limousine Bus back to Incheon airport, located close to Exit 9 of the subway. The reception area needs new carpet. Either it’s stained really bad or needs cleaning. My room was two twin beds with street and roof top views. The bed is the hardest bed I’ve ever sleep in. I asked for a mattress topper(duvet). It didn’t help so I went across the street and bought two yoga mats. Still was to hard for my...

"Good location, easy to walk to many places, close to buses and really close to subway Great communication with host Common room at reception with little kitchen, lockers Dorm was nice, with lockers, but there are no fitted sheet, only a felty blanket so it moves when you sleep and it is wayyyy too warm for a lot of people. It would be nice to have regulars sheets + the blanket, as there was no way to open the AC or turn the heat down, so it was too warm."

"I really liked my time here. The couple that run the guesthouse are very friendly and their English was good. I felt cared for :) The room was small but functional. While the bed was hard, after a long day of exploring the city it didn’t really matter. Breakfast consisted of toast, cereal, juice and coffee. I think this was perfect. It was also nice to interact with other people staying at the guesthouse. The rooms are not very soundproofed but if you wear earplugs this doesn’t really matter....
