"The property itself is good and well-maintained, but the service quality is quite poor. I had left my room keys at the reception in the morning for cleaning; however, when I returned at night, the room had still not been cleaned. I then had to wait nearly half an hour in the evening for housekeeping to attend to it. Even after calling the reception for room service, it took around 20–25 minutes for anyone to respond. "Good staff. Always ready to help if you need anything. Quite decent rooms. Value for money. Stayed here for 8 nights with family. No issues with the area and the local. Local dining and desert options available in the plaza itself. Recommended!!"

"Do not stay here. The hotel smells bad and is very dirty. My room had piss left on the toilet and a used condom under the bed. When I complained and asked the staff to clean it they refused and continued playing PUBG on their phones. I left after 1 night dispiting having paid for 3 nights. Could not get my money refunded for the rest of the nights despite the terrible conditions of the room. Very unprofessional place. "

"We had booked this hotel for a business trip and the photos of the property are very old and dont show the actual condition of the rooms. The rooms are very worn out and the hotel is majorly used by local couples for hourly stays. The manager and reception staff were very rude when we pointed out the problems in the room. We left the hotel in an hour of checking in and stayed at a different hotel. Would not recommend to anyone. "
