"We stayed from August 8 to the 12th. Check in was super easy, all staff are amazing, very nice. Here are some things I believe the Hotel and restaurant can improve -The bathroom needs more light -another mirror outside the bathroom would be nice, -the toilet paper holder needs change it wakes everyone up as you grab paper -the glass in the bathroom that connects with the room if you are using the bathroom in the middle of the night and turn the light on it reflects too much in the room. So your partner is sleeping, you are are going to wake them up -the shower water needs to be change -the one they have is like the water splits every where and you are trying to catch the water to be able to shower. The ac should be allowed to turn up, down or off. I had to get a staff because the room was too cold but it is locked. Even with the change we still felt cold and we did not want to bothered in the middle of the night. -They have balcony but they are locked, there is no access to it. -The restaurant service was great, food was great except the lobster. The lobster was dry, very dry I couldn't eat it and gave it to my fiance. It has been the first time ever I tasted dry lobster that ai couldn't even take off from the shell without a fight. Not worth the 54$. -The restaurant of the soup, was amazing! -The first night staff helped wet up another bed. We end it up not using it. It would had killed my back but she went out of her way to get it set up"

"Access to the beach and boqueron area through private gate was a plus. Pool was nice especially for families with children. Staff was empathetic considering we were not there for vacation. "

"The hotel was amazing. It was so clean and the rooms were comfortable and clean as well. The on-site restaurants food was good but the service could use some improvement as far as the kitchen is concerned. And the pool could stay open later than 8pm but over allone of the best hotels I’ve stayed at."

"Excelente lugar para desconectarse y conectar. Un espacio muy bonito, bien diseñado y una playa maravillosa. El personal es muy agradable y sobre todo muy humano y dispuesto a elevar tu experiencia en el lugar y fuera del mismo con recomendaciones que merecen aceptación y agradecimiento. Nunca había visto Guánica de esa manera. ¡Volveremos pronto!"
