"These guys are scammers. Called multiple times to confirm my booking and they said we don’t have a booking for you. I even spoke to the manager and he said Expedia overbooked it until I reached out to Expedia and these scammers started calling me back saying we have a booking for you. But by then I already booked another hotel. What I don’t get is, if these scammers are saying everything is booked for the whole week and they don’t see my name anywhere in the booking, how come all of a sudden...

"Jessie from the kids club is an asset to the hotel, all the boys who run the daily water aerobics program and childrens club provide fantastic energy and entertainment for all guests!!!! Breakfast beautiful, grounds and pools beautiful. Needed a room change staff were very helpful and upgraded our room, were are very grateful 😁"
"I stayed in this resort for 6 days and boy was it wonderful. The staff were exceptional from start to end. Checking in was super easy as well as checking out. The musicians were super friendly. As it was our last day, the musicians found out and sang a special goodbye song for us. Thank you First Landing for such an amazing experience. "We had a fantastic stay at Smugglers Beach Resort! From the moment we arrived, the friendly and welcoming staff made us feel right at home. The resort has a laid-back island vibe with beautiful beachfront views and plenty of space to relax and unwind.
The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We loved being able to walk straight onto the beach and watch the sunset each evening. The on-site restaurant offered tasty meals, and the breakfast was good. The last day we didn't get to have breakfast because the Chef did not turn up to work, it would have been nice to have been advised so we can go eat breakfast at another hotel nearby.

"We stayed here for 3 weeks. Hotel is on the beach with a public beach next to it. It's about a 30 minute walk to the other hotels and grocery store. This area is quiet, only for those staying at the hotel, so very few people around (which we liked).The staff was incredible and the bura view was absolutely lovely. The hotel had something going on most nights. The dinners were lovely with a pizza place on site too. We're from Canada, so we said if we ever ventured to this end of the world again, we would definitely do a layover again in Fiji and again at Club Fiji Resort!"
"What an incredible time we had on this beautiful island. The staff welcome you as family and are so generous of heart. We couldn't believe the accommodation was right on the shore and everyday is like a day in paradise. The snorkeling out the front of the island was phenomenal. From spectacular coral gardens to a myriad of fish every day. We enjoyed walks around the island, joining in the activities and the incredible views. I would go back in a heartbeat. The accommodation was clean, very comfortable and perfect for relaxing by the water. Embrace 'Fiji Time' and slow your own pace at this lovely island. Each night your are treated with a series of songs from the staff and joining in the staff volley ball game is a highlight. "
