No real security around after hours sometimes you can hear drunk people arguing and have had a few people knocking on my door looking for other people , overall good place a well priced but security need to be tightened up

First glance it was tidy..but then the bed smelt the verandah was filthy and sliding door wouldnt close. No fly screen door. Broken screens so no privacy. Aircon not working...tv didnt work until they replaced it for me. Hot tap handles broken..couldnt get hot water off..front door damaged i didnt feel safe. I felt very unsafe and hot and enclosed ..i had to stay as i am homeless atm...a very sad experience when i expected a clean tidy little place as seen on the pictures..

Nice place to stay, accessible and a walking distance to one of the beaches. The room is bigger than I expected. The shower is spacious, nice and clean. The toilet is clean. Because it was rainy, the parking space in the front of our room, had a stagnant pool of water, but we could park on the side of the property, plenty of parking.

I was advised upon arrival that the shower in the room i was allocated was dripping and was given a $20 voucher to use on the restaurant for dinner or drinks.. The lady at the desk was very helpful and friendly.

Cheap and cheerful. Dated rooms but a lovely little pool area for kids to cool off and have a swim. More of a chilled location with a lot of nice beaches within a short drive.

The room we were in was damp. Not sure if it was due to the air conditioner but the sheets felt damp, the surfaces i touched felt damp, the ceiling in the bathroom was "sweating" and dripping slightly. There was no wipes to clean table if needed and had to just use the toilet paper provided. Floor was not clean and no broom available to sweep. The receptionist was at least the nice thing about the place. Bistro was okay too.

Pretty poor check in, we arrived just after 2pm there was no one on reception had to ring twice then wait in the bar area for staff to check in. Dining area is great, food and staff were lovely. The cleanliness was poor, tap in shower fell off, balcony has never been cleaned. Hand towel was dirty. After coming back from dinner there were ants all over the bin all along the top of the ceiling. The doorknob was loose. The pub is the best part.

It was in a convenient spot. Nice to have the bistro and bar across from rooms. Pool was lovely to swim in. Very quiet. Rooms clean I thought it was value for the amount we paid esp being school hols

Good Value Motel
You get what you pay for. This is one of the cheapest places in the area. But is relatively clean and comfortable. With the attached pub and restaurant it is a convenient place to stay while working in the area. Have no problem staying here again.

While the motel is a part of a busy hotel, our stay was very pleasant. We had a tasty dinner at the restaurant and enjoyed the ambience. It was very much a well liked family venue with face painting, etc. The room was fine. Bathroom needs an update but still ok. Staff exceptional.

The motel was fine, but the outdoor areas around the motel could have done with a spruce to feel less budget. My kids didn't really feel safe when they weren't in the room, and trying to find it by GPS was a nightmare. It kept telling me to go through a private road which wasn't possible, and no one answered the phone.

Reasonably priced and appointed, clean, convenient location to corner store, drive to major shops, can be a bit noisy depending on time of year (family groups on holiday), free laundry for guests, pool, wide choice of dining options at the adjacent pub and was able to assist with specific request for access to hose for washing MTB. Location is great for MTB riders with local trails just a 10 min ride and many others within 25-45 min drive, plus quick access to meandering multi-use pathways along the waterfront for a fun, easy ride or walk to cafes, restaurants and the beach.

The place is nice, clean and comfortable to stay in. The meals were convenient as we didn't have very far to walk. We will certainly come and stay again.

The property is in a central location and has a decent bistro attached. The rooms are very basic (was expected) but I was very disappointed to see how unclean they were. Carpets were disgusting, insect and cockroaches droppings all through the bathroom, vanity and cupboards. No windows can be opened unless you are happy for someone to access your room in the middle of the night. Overpriced for what it is (which isn’t much).

Everything I needed right at my fingertips. Safe, clean, quiet accommodation. Fabulous meals in the bistro or home delivery. Excellent staff, from check in Management, to Bistro to Housekeeping & to have a Liquor Land on site & a Convienience store 100 mts up the road. This is one accommodation that I will definitely recommend & when nessasary, I’ll be back !!!

We stayed here for 3 nights during our vacation. The room, although tidy, did not appear to have been finished being set up for our arrival. A few odd things like absolutely no room information or tourism information booklets were present. There was no tea or coffee making stocks. It was very odd. The reception seemed surprised when we told them there was nothing provided. The hotel itself was understaffed with most of the staff working the bars. It was difficult to get hold of room service by phone or at reception office, the most successful option being to talk directly with bar staff. The staff and hosts were extremely friendly and helpful. We had a good time.

No Milk but coffee and tea. The bathroom door would not lock. 1 Towel rack 3 Towels. Shower is like a garden hose and the tap is broken. Hand towel is next to the dunny not the basin. Screen door takes 2 to move it. Blinds were falling apart. Outside a rubbish dump. Sheets were marked! The shelf in the wardrobe broken. The last guest T shirt was in the wardrobe. The TV is bolted down with second hand roofing bolts? I was waken by the guy next door snoozing and people in the pool at midnight. No information sheet. You need to hunt down a staff member for get the internet password H101! I rather sleep in my car!
