Hi Dallas, thank you for your comments. Just to clarify, most room types do have aircon in the bedroom so if you head our way again, just give a call to see if this is what you have booked. There is someone at the motel every day but yes, there are times when we are away from the front desk, sometimes unexpectedly called away. For this reason, we pre-arrange self check-ins to ensure guests are not left waiting - they can access their room as soon as they arrive (after 2pm). If help is needed when we are away from the front desk, we are only ever a phone call away!
