Our check out time is 10am. As it was Easter Monday we had several back to back bookings and needed apartments cleaned. We are happy if guests contact us to see if a late check out is possible and we always try to accommodate where possible. You failed to contact us to see if this was possible. At 11am you still had not checked out so we went to check. We were met with anger when asked what time you were leaving. There seemed to be very wet sheets on the bed, we had to completely strip down the bed and wash underlays as we were not sure if a child had wet the bed causing more delays on getting the apartment ready.

Clean, comfy bed newly renovated bathroom with undercover parking included. Beach front accomodation, walking distance to surf club which is open from breakfast till dinner.

We had a fantastic stay! We were able to get an early check in which was greatly appreciated on the hot day we arrived. The apartment was clean and modern and we had everything we needed. We also loved the pool!

I am not sure why the 3 star review, you didnt respond to our messages about check in time, arriving after hours then calling us, telling us yes you had the after hours info but didnt bother to read it, having extra people in the apartment and rude to management

I went with 94 year old mother. No Coffee or Tea in the rooms. We went for 2 nights - used the two spare towels as no housekeeping services. They need a nespresso coffee machine in the room - and housekeeping if they are going to charge $300 a night.

Well worth the stay
The room was modern and bright and had a view of the pool and the ocean. It is an ideal location for beach walks, followed by a visit to the pool. Heather at reception was friendly and helpful. The 'welcome pack' conisted of a few tea/coffe bags and a small carton of milk. Perhaps an upgrade to that (and the thin toilet roll) would be welcomed. Overall, I look forward to staying there again next year.

Clean tidy modern apart from bathrooms which are dated. Doors difficult to open. Replacement with screens would help and may limit sand coming into the bed. Although thats hard to avoid.

Apartment was modern, spacious & equipped with everything you could possibly need for either a short term or long term stay. Within easy walking distance to all services & only a short drive to area attractions. Very happy & won't be staying anywhere other than here in the future.

When we arrived we were advised that there was not heating or air conditioning due to renovations. Had I have known this I would have booked elsewhere. It was a very cold evening and when we went to go to bed we had only one blanket in our room for three people. We did not sleep due to being so cold. The blankets we got from reception next morning were not clean with stains and marks all over them. There were signs everywhere saying you can't do this and you can't do that, and that you had to preclean your room before leaving however the mop and vaccum that were in the room were both broken and were not usable. You get a letter a sign in saying if you don't clean you will be charged extra, if you call reception out of hours you will be charged, hence why we didn't call for blankets. The cleaning was not up to scratch, under the bed was dirty, the bedside lamps were dirty, the bath tub was dirty. I was to scared to do anything fun with all the rules around the place and warnings about being charged extra. It was like the fun police were on duty. We did not enjoy our stay.

Property had a great view, quiet and safe. Beds very comfy. Excellent ocean view. There was a lack of available power points for recharging phones computers, Kitchen cupboard door hinges broken and fridge had seen better days with broken shelves on door. Would stay again

The manager was very friendly and welcoming, accommodation was great, clean and tidy, beds were comfy, loved the swimming pool and spa, the resort was very close to the beach and Alex Surf Club - super bonus. (QLD Surf States) cancelled. Sooo close to restaurants in the area as well as Mooloolaba and Sunshine Plaza for shopping in Maroochydore. Excellent getaway with beautiful weather. Our family enjoyed ourselves. Thank you so much team Aquarius Resort.

Fantastic views, great location. Can be a little pricey for the age of the place. Not too outdated but will need upgrades soon to not leave it behind. Air conditioning was freezing cold in bedrooms, however, struggled in open plan area

Enjoyable two night stay
We arrived late and after hours check in had been organised for us. Great instructions which made the whole process easy which was just what we needed at 10pm. Lovely spacious apartment with a big balcony and amazing ocean view. Everything needed was in walking distance or an easy drive.
