"this was the absolute best place to stay in memphis! it’s exactly as shown in the photos, but somehow better? the room’s flourishes were so thoughtful. we were greeted by squirrels in the morning. the hosts were communicative & the whole process was smooth! we will definitely stay here again! oh & the shower.. the water pressure is perfect & the shower gel/hair products smell divine!"

"The lobby should have fresh water available all day. Many people walk the city and it would be nice to have fresh water in the lobby. Carpet in room needs to be cleaned better. There was no cold water in the shower. The hot water was so hot I couldn’t use it comfortably."

"Nothing here helped me relax. First room was okay, but fridge had food leftover from previous occupant and ceiling leaked over the bedside table. Second room was clearly a smoking room - it reeked of cigarette smoke and linens had cigarette burns. Shower did not work in second room. My police escort requested the room change because the first room was deemed a possible crime scene, but desk clerk was told to gove me this one. Too distraught from my previous evening's experience, I said...

"It was such a nice clean place! They have everything on sight that you could possibly need! We really enjoyed the pool, pb&j bar, and the Elvis movies nightly! I do wish there were maybe popcorn for the movies! But over all it was a fantastic place! I also was super excited to know how close it really was to Graceland! It was a beautiful place! There were even some walking trails!"

"For the money, this was a great hotel. It offered everything we want in the room when we travel and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was friendly, accommodating, and helpful. The breakfast had multiple choices of hot food. The location was very convenient, so we could walk to all the places we wanted to visit. We especially appreciated the affordable, secured on site self-parking garage. We'd stay here again."

"It's a motel where all the doors open to the outside, so parking was perfect - right outside our door. Room was perfectly clean. Bed was comfy. Convenient location - right off I55. Front desk clerk was efficient and polite."

"The question asked how clean was the property, the outside was well maintained , the lobby was clean, but the roon was very out dated and dirty. Website did not state shuttle times for airport drop off. My flight was at 5am, shuttle was from 430am to 11pm. Also website did not state there was a daily fee to leave your car there while gone."

"Great location and parking. Staff was pleasant except in the restaurant where they seemed way too busy to be bothered by non-drinking customers. Also, temperature in the restaurant was frigid - so cold we got our food to go because it was so uncomfortable. TV was out during a storm - they should consider ditching satellite. "
