"Beautiful resort but room was extremely beat up and not cleaned well upon entering also balcony door lock was broken and had to be replaced and also AC stopped working several times. Food was mediocre. VIP lounge was nice. Up charges for certain things are over kill with already paying for “all inclusive” staff was great. "

"The location, view and staff were wonderful. However our 2 br executive suite was a disappointment. The room was very dated. TV’s hung crooked, floor lamp taped up with one of the bulbs out. Dirty sock under the couch. Only 2 small uncomfortable chairs on the balcony. For the price I expected more. The staff was very helpful however and addressed our concerns as much as possible, straightening tv’s, bringing 2 more comfortable chairs for balcony etc. Overall the hotel is fine. Be aware however...

"A tough resort to navigate - 3 elevators. Buffet was lackluster and pool needs to redone (tiles falling off). Loved the beach area and opportunity to snorkel. "

"We had the most wonderful week! The resort is absolutely beautiful with stunning ocean views perfect for whale watching! The breakfast was a big hit with my family each morning. "

"Plenty lounge chairs, Cabanas at no cost, friendly staff. Rooms were clean and serviced twice a day. Either garden view or ocean view room a good choice as you're usually out and about. Upgrade for the Reserve side well worth it, with access to a private lounge, pool, and restaurant, along with check in and concierge. (Shout out to Roberto, our bartender in the reserve lounge!)
