Very clean inside and out. Staff are friendly. Breakfast Buffet choices are good. Laundry room available. Secured parking in the Ground Level
The only thing we didn’t like is ir was too noisy and we can hear rowdy guests screaming in the hallway, next door talking too loud and footsteps from the upper level.
But we’ll definitely come back here again.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Walls are thin and the room next to use was extremely loud. Got no sleep for two nights. Reported to front desk and nothing was done.

Room was not ready when guest arrived. Hotel then gave room to traveller that was unmade. Traveller reported the hotel as dirty and unkept. Staff was not helpful

This is in a wonderful location to freeway and businesses along El Camino. The accommodations were clean, comfortable, quiet and friendly. I will defintitely seek this hotel out again.

I have an issue with parking
They would like to charge me 8 solar for each night for parking
That is not written in the description of the hotel
After an argue they did not charge me for parking
But they said that in next stay I must pay for parking I n the upper lot as the garage parking
I already have reservation for the 30 December for 4 nights
I already paid for this stay I hope that they don’t asked me to pay for parking b

Sorry to hear about that. Please call the hotel to inform them that we will comp your parking. We only charge for parking to cover the cost of our overnight security, to keep our guests safe. We don't make a profit off parking revenue.

It was super annoying that the front desk people couldn't book me a room themselves (I hadn't booked ahead of time). It's annoying to sit in the lobby and go through all the menus on my iPhone to book a room "online". Calling a 1-800 number to book would've been annoying too.
