Perfekt för familjer

Perfekt för barnfamiljer. Vi hade en familjesvit med 2 rum som hade varsina 2 sängar, kylskåp samt TV. samt varsin balkong. Wifi fungerade bra överallt. Stora rymliga rum. Fin ren pool. Frukostbuffe samt resaturang från morgon fram till kvällen. Lugnt område. Fria solstolar. Relaxavdelning med många olika massage och behandlingar till billigt pris. Ligger en liten promenad från stranden men det är lugnt på kvällarna

Lovely place to stay

A very nice resort apartment hotel. Everything you need was there with a good buffet breakfast. Breakfast tends be the same everyday but is good and healthy. Great location near the beach and it has its own swimming pool if you just want to relax onsite

The hotel staff was quite lazy and couldn't manage my basic requests. The front desk was often absent. Weak wi-fi. Breakfast starts too late in the morning.

Great place to relax

I would definitely recommend Relax hotel. We spent there 3 nights and had fantastic time. The hotel staff was very helpful and informative about transport and local attractions. Decent breakfast lets you go for a while. We would stay again.

The hotel was lovely, staff were really friendly and the pool and spa were amazing, with treatments ranging from 30-100 lv. The breakfast was nice but could have done with more options. The beach was only a 10 minute walk away and there was a bus stop near the hotel that took you to the centre, old town and aqua park. Only issue I have is that the pool was very cold, and our sofa bed hadn't been set up for us on arrival and we had to do it ourselves, but given how late we arrived this is perfectly understandable. Over all it is a fantastic and affordable hotel and I would highly recommend it.

Hôtel au calme, sur les hauteurs de sunny Beach. Proche de la plage ( 10 mn à pieds), Route passante à traverser. Pour le soir, longer la route passante 400 m car passage par la plage accessible la journée est non éclairé le soir et promenade de l'hôtel Riu fermée. Restaurant : ne pas s'arrêter trop souvent sur le buffet car ne varie pas, choix varié à la carte, prix très accessible. Piscine agréable mais pas chauffée. Peu fréquenté par les français. Manque d'informations dans le hall , pas d'affichage ni de classeur. Renseignements dans la chambre uniquement pour les massages. Le billard gagnerai à être aux abords de la piscine au hall. Le bar sur le toit, vue magnifique , pas mis en valeur. Très peu de renseignements à l'arrivée. Les rideaux ne sont pas occultants. Personnel très serviable.

Very clean, food good and well priced

Excellent, but no emtrrtainment, beach 15mins walk and not very clean. Good pool tho and clean. If you want entrrtainment, only just 20mins walk. Great for relax, just on edge of town, fine.

Relax, does what it says on the tin!

We have just returned from our 10 night stay in the Relax hotel. We had a problem finding transfers from the airport but after emailing the staff at the Relax they organised a taxi to pick us up for a vey reasonable price. Hotel is a 20minite walk down a hill and rocky road to the beach, but we stayed by the pool which was clean. Only Downside about being pool side is that it is not a big pool and other guests would often take over with ball games which would hit us several times. (maybe the hotel should consider tapping off part of the pool or applying restrictions. there is signage by the pool for no early reserving of sunloungers with towels, however everyone does it! So if you do want to have your preferred lounger get up early for breakfast to pick you spot. Breakfast was a lovely selection for a continental breakfast. The restaurant in the hotel served lovely with with our favourite waiter "Nicky" who couldn't do enough for us. Really good food and the cheapest we found. Sunny beach strip is roughly a 40minute walk away, but buses and taxis are available. However in august high season it is manic on the strip with hundreds of families and holidayers crowding the area. We went for a relaxing holiday so visited the strip one night and spent the rest chilling in our little haven.

Relaxing Hotel near the beach

A small peaceful and relaxing hotel with welcoming staff. Very helpful when ordering taxi service and guild lines of local rate. Definitely worth revisiting. Air-condition very cold. Breakfast and dinner are very tasty and freshly cooked.

if you want to relax

let me start with the bad things: - road leading to the hotel is unpaved and broken - wifi is spoty at best - breakfast is what you call basic and limited good things: - friendly and helpful staff. - good restaurant - the spa was good - location is quit and relaxed, yet not too far from sunny beach and the crazy stuff.

Nice Calm Pricy BasicHotel

Comming back manny years with kids now teenagers Relax Hotel still fits us. We recommend June or July as Aug is the crowded month. Folks seem to understand that calmness is of benifit for all and there is no disturbing music at pool but noice from happy kids playing. Massagealternatives are good for atletic persons and facial treatments fits all. Cuisine and wine list are better than expected and prices fair. Hotel standard itself is average but kindness and correctness of staf makes the stay komfortabel.

The hotel has very friendly staff that can't do enough for you, the rooms were clean and comfortable with everything you need. We enjoyed our stay but was a bit too far from sunny beach main strip for us.

Lovely peaceful hotel

We stayed here for a week in September. The hotel itself is very nice and the staff are very nice and very helpful. It has a great view over the black sea and it is only a 5-10 minute walk to the beach (which is perfect for WAVEBALL!!).
