When reached Straits Garden Suite at 2 pm on 22 Jan, tried to call and Whatsapp, no reply. There was no instructions on how to collect keys to the unit. Finally the owner replied at 3.30 pm. This was a very bad experience."

"There was no one at the property to assist with checkin. My parents reached the place and we're stuck for hours. Apparently there is additional checkin that needed to be done which was hidden away in some link, the least they should have done is to have someone helping with this online checkin that speaks English. Instead there was only a local watchman who had no idea. I eventually booked a separate hotel for them. When asked for cancelling, I was told it's not their policy to refund. I see no...
