The manager was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Sundance is a nice town near the Black Hills and other destination sites.

We were greeted enthusiastically by our delightful host. With great pride by our host, we were shown our room. We were surprised with check-in chocolates and fluffy towels shaped as origami animals: swans and elephants. The only recommendation for the property: explore options for housing the microwave and mini-fridge. I am happy to recommend this property for price and comfort.

Good sleeping!
Very nice, very friendly motel. Security top notch. Older motel, but very well kept. No in-room coffee maker, but that was the only downside and taken easily care of across the street.

Cute but Musty & Friendly but no Coffee
Super friendly owners, but mildewy-musty room smell. The decor was very nice and towels folded like animals with chocolates was a nice touch too, but the slow draining shower water, soap dish under the shower head that made it easy to bang my head on 2x when trying to get fully under the shower head, and falsely advertised FREE breakfast on their website brought my overall rating to a fair 3 of 5.

The facility was well maintained, and the room was impeccably clean. We stayed in a room with two beds, and it was spacious with ample storage space making it perfectly suitable for the three of us. While some motels have dim and somewhat gloomy room lighting, this one had adequate illumination, which was a pleasant surprise. The bathtub was spotless, and the shower was user friendly. The owner was very kind, contributing to an enjoyable overall experience. とても良かったです。 施設はやや古いが、手入れがされており、部屋も清潔でした。2ベッドの部屋は、室内が広く、収納も十分で、３人でも快適に過ごせました。 十分な照明が備えられいました。 バスタブは清潔で、シャワーも使いやすかったです。 オーナーの方も非常に親切で、素敵な滞在ができました。

We were greeted by the owner who checked us in, made sure we knew what parking spot was ours, and opened our room for us to confirm we were happy. The room was very clean, with a towel shaped like an animal on the bed. The pillows and bed were very comfortable. The bathroom was small, but extremely clean. Shower head gave a great shower; the bathroom itself was small. Great place with security cameras so we felt safe leaving our bikes on the back of our vehicle. The owner gave us great recommendations for dinner and breakfast. The only downside was that there is no hairdryer in the room and I didn't know that when we checked in. This is a great place if visiting Devil's Tower or Deadwood (45 minutes away). Very friendly people all over Sundance, WY.

Mislead on the rooms true size, tight and small
The size of the Single Queen bedroom was much much much smaller then led to believe, from viewing the different hotel room pictures on the arrowhead website. The primary smell of the tiny bathroom, was also the primary smell throughout our whole single queen bed room.

Liked-the manager was very nice. The bed was good. Disliked-very small room, not enough electrical plugs, the towels were dingy, the air conditioner was so loud all night which made sleeping impossible, the carpet felt damp but not wet, bathroom was too small, there were bees and flies everywhere in front of the door, the front door was difficult to lock and it did not close properly

Nice Stay
It's a quaint hotel in a quaint little city. We stopped on a trip from Michigan to Utah because we wanted to see Devil's Tower. The hotel is older, has been nicely updated, was very clean, and the staff were nice and friendly. We planned to stay on our way back, but had to cancel after the deadline due to a last minute change in itinerary. The staff were understanding and worked with us without problem. Would definitely recommend if you're looking to spend some time in Sundance, and we'll stay again next time we come through.

Great Stay in Remote Wyoming
The room was newly updated and so cute! We were welcomed by sculpted towel swans and elephants bedecked with sweets and flowers. They are really trying hard to please! They gave us 2 bottles of water when the vending machine didn't work. Really nice staff. Don't judge this book by it's cover!

This was a great find. The rooms have been nicely remodeled. The town is unique. We ate at the saloon and coffee shop which are both in walking distance. I’m glad we chose to stay here instead of a chain hotel in Gillette.

Great budget stop after visiting Devils Tower while driving cross country. All we needed after hiking all day—a firm mattress, good water pressure in the shower and a bonus big screen TV. Front desk service was excellent. Had a good breakfast at Uncle Lou’s across the street.

The hostess treated me like I was her personal guest. Very friendly and helpful. The room was so clean and fresh. Even cute animal shapes made of of the towels. And the towels were the softest I can remember, even compared to a 5 star spa. All in all a gem of a motel after a weary day of traveling.
