"Just got a horrible experience at this hotel, the room was filthy, not clean at all, I found several bedbug and called customer service to take care of it , but, no one has the decency to come and take care of the problem, I didn't have choice to cut short the stay at this hotel and asked the front desk to refund the money and they refused. the food that I ate at the breakfast was bad, that I got diarrhea the whole day, I really got a bad experience at this location and won't recommend anyone to...

"I checked in on Saturday, March 28th, 2026, for a three-night stay in three rooms. I immediately checked out because the experience was nothing like the pictures. The rooms had an overwhelming musty and cigarette smell, and there were spiders present. The hotel bathroom tiles were covered in mildew, which was very unpleasant. Overall, it was a terrible stay, and I do not recommend this place."

"This hotel provides a 5 star experience at half the price! Front desk staff were warm and welcoming with every interaction--happy to help both guests and each other with smiles. Very refreshing.
Staff kept the communal areas immaculate, and the housekeeping staff were cheerful, helpful, and thorough with servicing the rooms. Breakfast was much better than your typical hotel fare.
Location is great--easy access to the interstate and great restaurants and shops, and the pool and workout rooms...

"Best hotel I've stayed at this season in terms of cleanliness, amenities (good pool, great M-Club), comfortable rooms. Pain in the butt to get luggage to the rooms however, there were no carts available or anyone interested in helping. The staff at the front desk were not very polished and did not seem to have a desire to help customers beyond basics of checking in. They didn't want to give me more than one extra blanket per bed. I sleep cold and their blankets are very thin. Not sure how anyone...
