"Cannot fault this lovely hotel. Just wanted to comment, to be patient with food order. We arrived at 7.30pm, staff where clearly busy, there was also a wedding in the venue. We where not served our starters until 9pm and deserts till after 10pm with a young family this was obviously not ideal. I must comment all food (apart from veggie option) was very good."

"This is a great place to get away. The hosts are amazing! Great shops within 20min and a beautiful property. If going far, take a taxi to the train station, taxis are very expensive."

"The Abraham was a comfortable stay in a self-contained farm cottage. It had everything we needed from a comfortable bed, a good shower, warm heater and washing machine. Sean was a very friendly and helpful landlord with plenty of helpful advice about dinner options and local sites. We had a wonderfully quiet couple of days. "

"The staff were terrific but clearly short staffed and overworked. Not their fault—and the staff on the front desk were marvellous if you could get their attention, but it was apparent that they are short staffed. Let me begin by saying we live kids—we’ve had four and they have kids now. But this place was 24 hours of kids out of control—from the bedroom hallways to the bar and lobby…yelling, running—one twelve year old slapped the heck out if her father at the bar.
