Even though there are signs to not wear shoes in the room, the carpet was extremely dirty and should have been deep cleaned or replaced entirely. The curtains by the bathroom and window were also very dirty. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful though. Location was convenient enough but just think the rooms could use a refresh.

시설 서비스에 품질을 높이기 위한 자구책을 강구하셔야
화장실이 커튼으로 분리되어 있네요 샤워실 물빠짐이 안 좋아서 넘치는거 신경쓰였습니다. 가장 문제는 아침9시경 메이드가 문을 벌컥 열고 들어 왔습니다 체크아웃하신 줄 알았다고 합니다. 방키에 불이 안들어 와서 그랫다는데 도어램프에 오류가 있었더래도 조식을 먹으러 갔을수도 있 고 11시이전에 체크아웃을 논하는 건 아닌듯합니다. 많이 놀랫습니다 . 일박에 20만원정도(연휴)로 그리 저렴하지도 않으면서도 말이죠

방 널직하고 도심가깝고 청결함. 욕실,화장실, 세면대 분리돼 좋음. 욕실 화장실 문 위쪽이 너무 많이 뚫린듯. 난방 기 소리가 너무 컸음.

일반적인 부분들은 만족합니다. 다만 침대가 2명이 잘때 조금만 움직여도 너무 많은 진동이 다른사람에게 전달되어 깨는 경우가 있었습니다.

어머니가 안과 수술이 있어서 가까운 호텔이라 묵었습니다. 주중이였는데 옆방이 심한 수다로 너무 시끄러워서 새벽에 옮겼고, 옮긴방은 2명이 유리여서 추웠습니다. 위치는 좋지만 가족단위 숙박은 비추합니다. 무료로 옮겨주시고 새벽에 잠을 못자 2시간 추가로 해주신점은 감사합니다.

고장난게 한둘이 아님
겉으로 보기에는 깨끗해보였지만 욕실이나 침대 옆 가구, 조명 등 보면 고장난게 한두개가 아니네요. 위치는 좋아요. 근처에 모든게 다 있어서.. 고장난 물건들 관리좀 해주시죠
