"The floors leak water with every step, sink leaks water ,one small microwave in the lobby,drug addicts everywhere,everything is outdated,windows screwed shut(fire hazard) and the most alarming thing, they are infested with roaches!!"

"Room was bigger than I needed and the bed ruffle was messy in appearance with a plastic spoon found under the bed. When I turned the heater on it was so loud that I had to keep it shut off throughout my stay. I turned it on in the morning and it was working fine. The room lacked a comforting welcoming feeling. "

"Staff friendly but room was dirty. Had to exchange our pillow cases. They had yellow stains and were dirty. Sheets questionable. Tub/shower floor dirty. Chair seat in room was ripped - torn. "

"The hotel staff were extremely kind and helpful, organized a shuttle to the airport on my request ahead of time, which was very helpful, and the hotel itself is very modern and clean, seemingly brand new. The people in Madison are great, just like you'd expect. Will definitely return here when I fly out of MSN in the future. "
