The hotel is old and the common areas need a remodel. There is no decor in the common areas, it gives the impression of an abandoned hotel. It doesn’t feel like a 4 star hotel at all. It is dirty! We loved the space at the Grand Residence. We had space for our family of 5 to have separate beds. Our other family members were staying in The Grand and we could all meet every night at the hot tub.
