"If you’re looking for a comfortable place to rest your head before heading elsewhere or leaving for a trip via KIX, it’s a wonderful hotel. There’s a lack of inexpensive eateries in the hotel itself, but there are various places within walking distance that have more economical dining options. For families traveling with babies, they do provide a crib (it was an Aprica pack and play sort of deal, and we have one at home so it was familiar to our baby). The view from the room was amazing as we had a corner room that overlooked the bay, and it was a rather large room. We enjoyed our brief stay, and we would be happy to come back again in the future!"

"Always stay here when I have morning flight. Gives peace of mind that airport is just few steps away. Hotel is big with many rooms and room (single) is sufficiently large for one person. Besides the usual shampoo, conditioner, body wash; happy that there is hand wash too (not soap which is really wasteful as one can’t finish a soap with a night/few nights’ stay). Staff are always polite, helpful and ever ready to assist. There are restaurants and shops both above and below the hotel; and it’s just a stop (subway) away from Rinku town. "

"We were situated in a room adjacent to elevator. All day and into the later evening it sounded like a freight train going through the walls. Very loud and disturbing. "

"Excellent stay.. great helpful staff and convenient location. Super comfy rooms, nice amount of space window seating and great showers. I loved the option for the onsen and it was super hot and relaxing. People with tattoos can also use the facilities from 12 MA-4AM.. Super safe for solo travelers- the room key will only let you go on your floor and the onsen floor. I didn't try the breakfast, but it looked like it had nice options. They will also store your bag for the day while you explore around. The room was so nice, I ended up booking another night stay. Bonus: I love this station that it connects too, places to eat, a fabulous library with starbucks, pharmacy and groceries a few steps away. "
