"เจ้าหน้าที่รีเซปชั่นไม่ค่อยมีใจบริการ ไม่น่าประทับใจ โรงแรมตั้งอยู่ในบริเวณพื้นที่ที่ไม่สะอาด ถนนหนทางรอบๆ โรงแรมขรุขระ ฝุ่นควัน สกปรก ไม่ปลอดภัยสำหรับคนเดินเท้า สภาพโรงแรมค่อนข้างเก่า ห้องพักเก่ามีกลิ่นอับและค่อนข้างมืด ไม่สะอาด เตียงนอนพอใช้ได้ ลิฟ ต์ที่ให้บริการสภาพเก่าและค้างอยู่บ่อยๆ ใช้งานได้ไม่กี่ตัว อาหารเช้ามีหลากหลายเมนูแต่เน้นอาหารมุสลิม โดยรวมไม่ประทับใจ และไม่คุ้มค่ากับราคาที่จ่ายไป"

"The hotel was generally nice, but the furnitures can be abit worn out or old. If you're looking to spend some nice quiet time or business work trip this place is good. And the in-room massage was good and reasonably priced. "
