Quiet location surrounded by many good, reasonably priced restaurants. Nice heated pool on rooftop with good views. The pool lost many little tiles, the water can be warmer for November. The rooms are luxurious, super clean and very well maintained. Nice views and good personnel. Check if your breakfast is included in the price. Nobody will tell you. Very good buffet breakfast. The best I had in Oman. The food is well cooked, good selection, super fresh and a real selfserve Nespresso machine. There is a large rooftop where you can have 360° views. You will find a well managed spa and a gymn near the pool. "

"I had a lovely stay at Muscat Plaza. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and I truly appreciated the warm treatment throughout my visit. However, upon arrival, there was an issue with my booking not being found, which led to some uncomfortable calls asking about extending my stay. While the staff was courteous in handling the situation, it did cause a bit of discomfort. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and believe that with some improved organization, it could be an even better experience."
