"My family and I visited Royal Decameron for the first time, and we had an amazing experience. My kids had an absolute blast! We spent our days enjoying the pools and participating in the many activities the hotel offered. There was always something fun to do, and everyone in our family had a great time.
The staff truly made our stay even more special. Everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming. A special thank you to Graciela at the front desk, who provided outstanding service. She was always attentive, kind, and willing to help, making sure our stay was as enjoyable as possible.
The entertainment team was fantastic as well. They were energetic, engaging, and made every activity so much fun. What impressed us the most was that they remembered our children’s names and went out of their way to make them feel included and ensure they had an unforgettable time.
