The resort has a beautiful, traditional Balinese style with an older, classic charm that really adds to its character. The property itself is enormous, with two stunning pools and a great variety of restaurants and bars to choose from. The staff were exceptional—courteous, welcoming, and incredibly attentive. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble. My room was spacious, spotless, and well equipped with all amenities, and the concierge team was especially helpful throughout my stay.
