"We are well-traveled and know what to expect and are not demanding
The treatment we received from whoever is responsible for making our stay great was disgraceful.
Despite contacting her, she refused to provide basic provisions that are made available in every hotel or apartment where guests stay, that her room staff had forgotten to leave for us.
This happened on two days, even though she had been contacted and made aware.
She did not accept responsibility until the second day, BUT still was...

"Skønt sted! Vi fejrede nytår her og var her kun én nat. Men vi vil utrolig gerne besøge stedet igen og opleve det om sommeren. Stedet er som et slot dog med nye faciliteter som gør oplevelsen helt fantastisk!
Der er ikke så mange værelser, så man følger sig taget godt imod af Ariana og de andre medarbejdere, som sørger for fin morgenmad og hvad man ellers kan ønske. Køleskab og dejligt badeværelse, og indretningen føles autentisk."

"Very friendly and attentive staff but that's about it. The mattress on our bed felt like it was just springs. We asked to move rooms for a better bed but were told all the beds are the same.
The room itself was very tired looking and in need of updating and had an odd smell. The bathroom was clean but the shower frequently ran out of hot water and failed to drain fast enough so had to frequently turn off to stop from overflowing.
The breakfast was basic but not amazing quality with a bad...

"Amazing staff that cannot do enough for you, its a little out of the way with 4 restaurants nearby but the walk to them is not easy as there are few pavements on a windy road.
But went to bellagio and varenna where its busier.
I would recommend the hotel for a quieter location away from the busy crowds "

"The property was beautiful and the staff was excellent. The spa was not open all day only 4 to 8. The breakfast was exceptional. I would go back. The spa was immaculate as was the rest of the hotel. My only issue was that the room was too warm and there was no way to cool it down except open the slider with no screen."

"Fantastic hotel right on the water near the ferry. Beautiful and quiet little harbor away from the busy road.
Quiet and comfortable attic room.
Staff is friendly and helpful.
Had a great dinner at the restaurant and the breakfasts may have been the best ever for an included meal.

"Nous avons adoré notre logement.
Nous étions en suite junior avec une vue magnifique sur le lac. Hôtel, idéalement, placé un avec ferry à 300 m pour pouvoir accéder à tous les villages du lac qui sont à voir.
Équipement OK, rien à dire des parapluies étaient même à disposition pour traverser la rue. Recommandons également le petit déjeuner, qui était au top ! Le restaurant et le bar valent également le coup."
