"We had not been there before, would have liked to have been on a higher floor. The staff offered to move us the next day but it wasn't worth doing all that. The breakfast was good, needs more options but everything tasted great. The room was clean, a/c didn't always keep up for some reason, so it was a little warm at night while sleeping. Otherwise, everything was great."

"No soap, no nothing. Marina and Aqualodge smelled soooo bad like sewage. We could not stay in there. Moved to a house. Beds were really lumpy. Pool was closed the entire time we were there. Deer are adorable."

"Wonderful waterfront property with private beach, multiple piers, paddle boards, kayaks, laundry and a great continental breakfast; plus cookies, lemonade and coffee in the afternoon! Great loation at the top of the lower Keys. We'll be back, all the way from Seattle."

"Great staff, clean place over all. Small rooms and a little noisy in the morning. Breakfast was about like other complimentary breakfasts. Hot coffee, juice, hard boiled eggs, cereal, bagels toast, sweets and some fruit. Key word...Complimentary. Small, nice, clean pool. I'd stay again, for the price point."

"Great location. Easy to walk to everything. Quiet area. Parking is not easy as we had to park 3 blocks away. Staff was fabulous! Continental breakfast was good. This was an old house that was converted. The A/C in the room works very hard but is too small for room size. "

"Had a terrible experience at this hotel. I specifically booked this hotel because it said they were “pet friendly” on Expedia. They absolutely are not. I did not mind that my ESA dog is not considered a service animal and I would have to pay a fee but upon arrival I was asked to sign a contract that said I cannot leave my dog alone in the room at any time. It also said that if my dog barks at all I can be fined $250. I asked about this and wanted to know if my dog is allowed in the pool area...

"This hotel is one of the few beach front properties in Key West. It's a great location to walk to many of the sites and restaurants and the on-site restaurant is excellent. The included breakfast exceeded expectations with many choices. The pool was refreshing and beautiful after days out on the water. I highly recommend this property!"

"Before we arrived, we called to verify our reservations. Morgan at the reception office was very helpful and friendly. Our room was small, but it was fine for the two of us. We were barely there anyway. The room was clean and every member of the staff was so nice. The breakfast was adequate and the wine and cheese happy hour was a nice touch. For being only a half block away from Duval Street, we never heard any noise or activity. It was a quaint little spot that worked for us."

"The “private beach” was unclean and small. The public beach was better and cleaner. Nothing to do around the area. The room we got did not had beach view. When asked for it they told us that because the bought via Expedia, that they can not move us to a beach view. I’m realizing that they treat people different when they see the package is bought through expedía"

"Das Motel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber sauber und gepflegt. Das Frühstück ist selbst für amerikanische Verhältnisse maximal OK, dafür aber als Buffet angerichtet. Als Pluspunkte sind auf jeden Fall die ruhige, aber dennoch gute, zentrale Lage zu nennen, sowie der nur 0,5 Blocks entfernte, Strand mit inkludierten Liegen und Schirm."
