"We had a wonderful experience. The room was beautiful and large. It was modern fancy and simplistic. We had gone for our anniversary and they made special arrangements for us. We could see the sea and moon every night. The service was fantastic. They helped us in everything. We even had dinner from the buffet in our room. We had to leave one night early and they even refunded the amount for the night. The food was good. The bread basket was amazing. The private beach was beautiful but it could have been bigger. Although there's a huge stretch of beach around it. The pool was too crowded."

"I had a wonderful time at Tanoak Hotel in Ain Sokhna. The animation team was great full of energy and made our stay so fun. The food was delicious and thank you for chef Mostafa. The reception staff was very friendly and helpful (special thanks to Ahmed Abdelaziz in the reception and Nourhan in the customer relation). Also a special thanks for the pool life gaurd he was very alert with the kids and also very helpful. The hotel’s location, rooms, and facilities were great, and the staff was very welcoming. "The hotel is far from downtown so it is quiet and close to the beach for costumers to enjoy. The reception staff were cheerful and friendly. My room was very clean and spacious with many commodities such as refrigerator, microwave oven, electric stove, kitchenware, big TV and large desk. The restaurant offered a wide variety of dishes. The hotel has two swimming pools. Towels are provided and costumers can order snacks and drinks from a small kiosk. Customers can also rent bicycles to exercise around the property. To sum up my experience at Palma Hotel, I enjoyed my stay there and highly recommend it ayone travelling to Port Said for business or pleasure."
