Las tortas que ofrecían eran hechas en casa, y los croissants se deshacían en la boca. La ubicación ideal, con una vista preciosa de Cortona. Una verdadera villa toscana. Sí creo que deben remodelar los baños. La ducha era muy incómoda y el lavatorio tenía una fuga. Al alfombra de la escalera se ve bastante gastada, así como unos muebles. No le puedo dar un 100% de calificación por esos detalles, pero un 90% se lo gana."

"This property met all our needs for a one night stay. It is conveniently located near the train station and near the old town area. The people we encountered were friendly and helpful. The breakfast choices were plentiful and the breakfast area on the rooftop patio was beautiful. The only negative was that the walks of the room were thin and we could hear neighbors quite a bit. "

"Amazing time. This hotel looks straight out of a movie. We got our rooms upgraded to a suite when we arrived. I couldn’t say enough amazing things about it. We stayed one night and I wish we could’ve stayed longer. Highly recommend. The receptionist was super nice and helped us immensely."

"The room was very cold, and despite raising this with staff, I was initially told that the heating was functioning correctly. After complaining again, the heating was eventually turned on, which was appreciated; however, the unit was extremely loud and could not be used throughout the evening. The walls are also very thin, and noise from neighbouring rooms is easily heard. The room did not include any tea or coffee facilities, which I would consider a basic expectation for a four-star hotel. I also requested an iron but was informed that one was not available and that I would need to pay €5 for a shirt to be ironed instead. On a positive note, the breakfast was of good quality and the staff were very friendly. However, I would choose to stay at a different hotel on my next visit."
