liked the convenience of walking. The parking wasn't easy to find and didn't love driving into the city to find parking but once I found the parking structure it was ok. Nice sauna. Had a nice view of the street and park across the street for husband to enjoy looking for Porsches driving by.

Great location very close to public transportation. We thought it might be noisy here but it was not at all. Nice bathroom and really amazing breakfast with so many choices - highly recommended.

Great good quality centrally located hotel

We decided to stay here rather than the Ibis on Marienplatz as we had issues with the room temperature last time we stayed at the Ibis. I am glad we chose this hotel which was only a bit more expensive than the Ibis. Room was so much nicer, quieter, kettle in room etc. I can't comment on breakfast as we had breakfast in a nearby cafe. Obviously great for transport links for the City. Recommend.

Nice hotel, ok location

First, the room was clean and relatively comfortable. The mattress and pillows didn’t seem too hard or soft, but I seemed to wake up every morning with a stiff neck. The hotel is about a 20-25 minute walk from most of the historic area, shopping and big train station. You can cut that time in 1/2 using the convenient underground station in the platz across the street.

Bad experience

Upon arrival the hotel said my booking was cancelled and blamed me for it. They then blamed Expedia although I said it was booked through Hotels, but they insisted to call it Expedia. I was given a room with a handicap bathroom that smelled like mold and was not properly clean. I noticed in my room there was a door, which I opened. That door led to another door which led to a separate hotel room - but it was not locked. I called front desk, the lady was extremely rude, didn’t take responsibility and didnt apologize. It took 45min for them to enter the room and look the door.

Stop auf Motorradtour

Tolles Hotel mit Tiefgaragenplatz. Wir waren auf dem Rückweg von der Motorradtour und konnten uns Nachts in gemütlichen Betten erholen. Ubahn ist in der Nähe, man kommt gut in die City, Frühstück wird angeboten. Aussen gibt es einen Supermarkt und Bäcker.
