We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights. Room was basic, clean and adequate. Breakfast was also good, very straightforward buffet style with straightforward selection of food available. Good selection of drinks from the machine. Staff very pleasant and helpful. This hotel provides great value for money, and is especially suited to guests looking for somewhere basic and simple, in a quiet area with easy access to train station and bus stop where you can go into Stuttgart center very easily. Highly recommended.

Nice place to stay

My family and I had a wonderful time staying at Hotel Strohgäu! The rooms were spacious, spotless, and perfectly organized, making our stay very comfortable. We all enjoyed the breakfast—it was a great way to start the day! The only surprise was the EUR 7.00 per day parking fee, which we weren’t expecting, but it didn’t take away from the overall experience. It's truly a lovely place, and we’re glad we chose to stay there!

Clean. Helpful staff. Good breakfast. Better, if they can have microwave and electric kettle in the kitchen area. We missed that. Enough parking. But with charge. Great, if its free or cheaper.

I hate giving this poor review, but my room was a sauna, I hardly slept, no fan , and when I stupidly opened the windows I was eaten alive. I asked to move rooms but even though they were half empty I could not move. My tv didn’t work. The hotel is convenient for the Celtic museum in hochdorff but there were no open restaurants on Sunday! Not one,
