The hotel is near the train station and easily walkable to dining options and shopping. The breakfast was delicious and healthy - we were grateful for gluten and dairy free options in the buffet.

Great location

Hardest part is actually getting to the hotel given its proximity to the station still a works site it’s been years But that given excellent location staff friendly and helpful

The bed at Motel-One was by far the most comfortable bed that I've slept in during my four weeks traveling in Germany, France, and Austria. I also enjoyed the delicious fruit served at breakfast.

Hotel is wonderful, room was crispy clean, bed was comfy, it was tastefully decorated. However, they do not serve proper food, which probably is not an issue for most people in the middle of the city centre, but was for me with a child as we only stayed one night. Breakfast was ok. They DO NOT have a kettle in the rooms, and they cannot offer one for request either!

You get what you pay for - this is pretty basic, no-frills accommodation with tiny rooms, cheap linen and a barely-efficient staff. And why have a huge bar/lounge but have a bartender who doesn’t even know what a martini is?!

The front counter has a hard time finding my Expedia reservation. I think it was Expedia problem, but was about 20 min to get checked in. No coffee in room, no complimentary coffee.

Noch nie so einen schlechten Check In erlebt. Leute werden 3 Minuten vor 15.00 Uhr weg geschickt mit dem Hinweis, das Check In erst ab 15.00 Uhr mögich ist. Dementsprechend lange Schangen ab 15.00 Uhr und die Rezeption nur mit 2 Personen besetzt. Und das an einem Wasn-Wochenende! Freundlichkeit Fehlanzeige. Nach ewigem warten wurden wir dann 2 x zurück geschickt mit dem Hinweis die Leute wären vorher schon mal da gewesen.... Zimmer klein aber sauber. Frühstück ok - aber in dieser Preisklasse erwarte ich zumindest Rühreier, nicht nur hart gekochte Eier. Beim nächsten Wasn Besuch wird es definitiv ein anderes Hotel werden!

Clean room and bed was comfortable but pillows terrible. Hotel was the newest we stayed at for our trip, but it was the smallest room. Felt very cramped. Breakfast was fancy and little on spendy side, and did Not have normal hot goods like eggs/bacon/sausages.
