Great location and very clean with an excellent breakfast. As is often the case with hotels, a "green" sign saying they would not change linens unless you left towels on the floor, but then they changed them anyway. Please follow through with the green pledge!

Loved the service. I was ill and could not get out for food, so the staff brought me up breakfast. That was the nicest thing I have ever had happen at a hotel.

There was bed bugs. I informed the property that I was bitten and they did nothing. The room was very hot. The bed and bathroom had hair from a previous person that stayed there.

Klare Empfehlung für Städtetripp Stuttgart

Wir hatten ein Dreibettzimmer für 2 Nächte. Die Zimmer waren ausreichend groß und die Ausstattung mit Toiletten Artikeln war gut. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und die Bettwäsche sehr angenehm, auch angesichts der hohen Temperaturen. Die Anbindung an den ÖPNV war optimal. In fussläufiger Entfernung waren mehrere Verkehrsmittel erreichbar. Trotz der Nähe zur U-Bahn haben wir gut geschlafen. Das einzige Manko war die Ausstattung sowohl der Zimmer als auch der Flure mit Teppichboden. In unserem Zimmer waren mehrere auffällige Flecken. Daher keine volle Punktzahl. Das Frühstück war allerdings mehr als hervorragend. Wer hier nichts findet, dem ist nicht zu helfen. Kaffee, Tee und Wasser waren rund um die Uhr kostenlos zugänglich. Wir haben den Aufenthalt hier sehr genossen.

Sauberes Hotel in praktischer Lage

Haben hier übernachtet vor unserem Abflug am nächsten Tag. Gute Lage um schnell Richtung Flughafen zu fahren (10 Minuten mit dem Auto). Nettes Personal; saubere Zimmer. Sie hatten uns automatisch zwei mit Verbindung gegeben. Es gab einen kleinen Kiosk, eine Bar und wir konnten uns vom Lieferanten Service Essen kommen lassen. War praktisch.

Service nur nach Laune der Rezeption

War diesmal nicht so toll. Haben Abends noch ca. 15 min an der voll beleuchteten Bar gesessen. Die Rezeptionistin schaute mehrmals zu uns rüber um uns dann irgendwann mal zu sagen das die Bar geschlossen hat. Am Vorabend hatten wir sogar noch später einen Cocktail und Pizza bekommen. Werden in dieses Hotel so schnell nicht mehr gehen.

Die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich, wenn ich Fragen hätte konnte mir bei fast allen Sachen geholfen werden. Frühstücksbuffet war auch sehr gut, auch weniger vegane Optionen, hatten auch Haferdrink. Das Zimmer und Bad war sauber. 🤗
