"This was our 2nd stay at Blue Gate Inn while we were attending a concert at their music venue. Blue Gate gets 5 stars and is a great place to stay. The free breakfast buffet is a plus as well as full size body wash, shampoo/conditioner and body lotion. Will be back next year!"

"We booked an overnight stay here to attend the Shipshewana flea market the following day and our experience was wonderful. From the friendly check in agent to the very tidy room and delicious buffet breakfast, I have nothing but great things to say about this hotel. I would 100% stay here again without reservation because we paid a fair price and had a really nice stay. On the other hand, the flea market was a real disappointment but crossed that one off our bucket list!"

"We've stayed at this particular location in the past, when it was part of other chains, most recently Ramada, I believe. The current owners are busy renovating the property and while it remains a work in progress, we were impressed with what's been done so far. Our room had been renovated and was very nice, an improvement on our most recent previous stay at the location. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Continental breakfast was fine (I'd suggest adding bagels or wheat bread to the options for toast). The hotel has an indoor pool that is large enough to allow for real exercise. I hope the owners will continued their efforts to remodel and improve the property and that travelers will give them a chance. We travel to the area frequently to visit family and will plan on staying there again."

"Very convenient, clean hotel with kind staff. This hotel is located just off the I-80 but is far enough off of the exit that its location is peaceful and private. The staff was friendly and very kind. The rooms are spacious with a very comfortable bed."
