We ate in the restaurant and it really is an experience- the food and service were outstanding. Bedrooms are beautiful - decor and furnishings. "Really clean, modern facilities, with everything we needed for a one night stay. A lot of traffic noise from 5am onwards but to be expected being so central - another one of the perks! Overall great stay. "

"I absolutely loved my stay at Strozzi Palace and will definitely stay again. Minor things which could’ve addressed were that the balcony area and chair cushions need some attention but it didn’t affect our stay. The room was lovely and the staff were great. I’d highly recommend. "

Lovely relaxing location, but food no good.

"Lovely place to stay. We actually added another 2 nights it was so relaxing. Elenor on reception was very helpful. Only criticism was the food in restaurant wasn’t up to much, staff didn’t know whose table ordered what. We were told not to start eating in case it was someone else’s! Total lack of staff, that’s my only complaint. Could never get through on the phone, just rang off the hook."

"The reception were very helpful with finding a suitable room for us as my husband has reduced mobility . Amelia was a lovely , waitress . Staff were so pleasant , room in main building spacious with a pretty view. Buffet breakfast was very good and gardens are beautiful . Terrace outside is gorgeous in the sunshine . "
