"The night staff was very friendly and let us arrange a late arrival. We had a family comfort room and it was great for two adults and two teens. We all slept quite well after a day of ferry, hiking and driving from Isle of Harris. Location was so peaceful. The breakfast was delicious --although our server kept saying how "finnicky" the chef was when we made small requests or alterations. Definitely would stay here again and recommend to anyone!"

"This property is amazing. Just as pictured. It is a bit remote as it is off the main roadway a bit but that is part of what I loved. The views from the porch were gorgeous. I only had one need to contact the property manager about a question but was responded to very quickly. Would absolutely stay here again."

"Thia hotel was really nice. In a very quiet area in Isle of skie. I loved the landacape, the old building and how they repserved everything. It is true it doesn't have elevator but it is not a reason to discredit all the plus and how comfortable they made us feel. Breakfast was really good and service exceptional. "

"Our room was lovely with a beautiful view over the loch and the Isle of Skye. In spite of being in the middle of a major refurbishment the staff were extremely corteous and helpful and made every effort to ensure our stay was a good one. The room was clean and comfortable with a really good shower and we had a lovely tray of tea, coffee and biscuits waiting for us on our arrival.. We will certainly make a return visit some time in the near future."

"This was an absolutely delightful hotel with stunning views. We used this as our home base as we were touring the Isle of Skye. "Sleeping in a distillery was awesome! Everyone was very friendly and helpful answering our questions. A complimentary whiskey in a room was a pleasant surprise. Island is very walkable and views are amazing. The only downside is room was on a small side but it worked for us since we had two smaller bags. We would definitely stay there again and recommend it to friends. "
