"Great location across from the train station, wonderful staff on check in. Complimentary apples and water daily, and a kettle and microwave for use in the lobby. Room was clean, and modern. Shower was large with a rain and handhed option water heated up right away, but only shampoo was available (no body wash/conditioner) It was it was surprisingly warm for end April and without AC / the # of pigeons outside I was a little concerned opening the window - but no fault of the hotel! "

"The room was comfortable modern and clean. Had all we needed. Paid for espresso in the room and was great for convenience for morning. The location was excellent just 5 minute walk to Mirabella Gardens which was main attraction wanted to see and easy walk to Old town. Overall great experience. Would recommend for nice stay in Salzburg."

"The hotel is super convenient to the heart of Salzburg and was a great value for our one- night stay. The rooms are clean and nice, but not extraordinary. The parking they have available is down the street and a little tricky to get to, but once you have it figured out it works well with in and out privileges. I want to commend the staff for their friendliness and willingness to help. We left an iPad in the room when we departed, and the hotel staff called us and then worked with us to get it shipped to our next destination since we were already too far away to come back to get it. They really went above a beyond."
