"Staff were super friendly, and nothing was too much trouble. Excellent facilities (pool, sauna(s!), steam room, gym). Food was always plentiful, great quality and varied. Top hotel with some awesome skiing closeby."

"Place was really nice and staff was wonderful!! Was in a very chill location. Breakfast was lite but very good and the staff at breakfast was the sweetest. My one thing about the hotel that I didn’t like was the shower. It was very tight. Room was spacious but shower tight. Small enough that shower curtain would stick too me which I hated. If I bent over to pick up something off the floor my butt would hit the knob to change temp of shower. lol lol I would recommend this place though because of the many other great things. "

"Some of our ski equipment was missing after the staff unpacked our car. We spent hours of our morning searching the ski room, our car, the room trying to search for the missing items. The hotel staff was of NO assistance at all. In the end, we had to find a remedy for THEIR mistake and were offered NO compensation for all the problems and valuable time we lost on the slopes. It was an extremely disappointing experience, especially for a hotel of this price category."

"Sadly we were very disappointed as no one was at reception to check in at 1pm we had to find someone. The room was very hot with no air conditioning. The room charge was €168 for a single occupancy & when I included my wife who joined me they added €120. Other hotels offer greater value for money & don’t rely on an old reputation for being the hotel to be in! "
