"Location was convenient to local public transportation. The room had air conditioning and soundproof windows. Breakfast had lots of great choices and variety. Check in and check out was a breeze and the lobby and elevators were only accessible by using a room key, so it felt safe and secure. The main bed was comfy but the rollout bed was not too good. Our only complaints were: visible mold in the shower and they did not refill shampoo/conditioner/kleenex when the cleaned the room. The dispenser for the body was did not work well so we had to take the lid off to scoop it out. Loved the smell of the wash and shampoo!"
