When my husband and I went to bed and we pulled the covers down we discovered a URINE SPOT ON THE SHEETS WHEN I CALLED DOWN TO THE FRONT DECKS ALL THEY OFFERED WAS A DIFFERENT SHEET

We loved it for the price it was wonderful, it did not look like the pictures however...but nothing major. Overall I would recommend it if you just want something cheap and affordable. It could use improvement in some areas but for the price can't be beat.

I was questioned very rudely about my service. This made my stay start off very uncomfortable. The place was super clean. Very nice. Just an extremely rude hostess with no concern for others disabilities.

I rate 3 stars only because I have stayed in allot of hotels in my life. This is a fine property and fit our needs. Friendly staff and clean rooms. I would stay here again.

They advertise free airport shuttle service but they don't have it. They call a taxi and you have to pay the taxi to the airport.

Decent property for a good price. The continental breakfast was standard but fresh, well stocked and clean. Even though we were on a non-smoking floor, the smell of cigarette was still pretty overpowering.

Decent place to stay
Staff at the front desk was so polite. Not like the other reviews. Maybe that lady is gone. The halls do smell of smoke but the nonsmoking and smoking rooms are all mixed together on the same floor. Room wasn’t too bad. I would stay here again.

We found hotel easy along our trip. Nice entrance decorated for Christmas with friendly staff. Relaxed in hot tub then enjoyed use of microwave in our clean comfortable room.

It was a very nice stay. The property is older, but was clean and everyone was very nice and helpful. We loved that there was a pub that served an assortment of food. The pizza was excellent. We would definitely stay again!

Hotel was clean. Bed was comfortable. Pillows were NOT comfortable. No decaf coffee offered in room or breakfast area. Variety of food offered for breakfast was good but unfortunately the quality was really bad, bagels were stale, omelets were cold and had been out so long they were hard. Apple juice was really watered down so it just tasted like water. Wouldn't count on eating there.

We arrived at the hotel around 2:30 and were allowed to check in early which was nice. The hotel was very clean and the staff friendly.After settling into our room we started to smell marijuana smoke in our room. At 4:30 we decided on our restaurant for dinner,opened our room door and could barely breathe from the strong smell of marijuana in the hallway. We mentioned it to the receptionist on our way out. She smiled and said I will spray the hallway.When we came back from dinner the smell was still very strong in the hallway and our room. We had to put the fan on the whole night and run the bathroom fan to suck the smell out of our room. If the hotel has smoking rooms they should not mix them with the non smoking rooms.
