Personnel très agréable et hotel bien situé par contre le lit n'était pas très confortable et le chassis laissait passer un peu de bruit et a notre arrivée il y avait une légere odeur de cigarette

Mauvais entretien + mauvaise hygiène

Dés notre arrivée nous nous apercevons que le lavabo de la sdb est bouché et inutilisable. Première réclamation : on nous fait attendre avec des promesses mais rien ne se passe ! Nous réclamons a nouveau le jour suivant. L'accueil est froid, on nous refuse le changement de chambre bien que l'hôtel ne soit pas complet, et de surcroit impossible d'obtenir que quelqu'un s'occupe de la réparation. Difficile de comprendre pourquoi tant de mauvaise volonté. Cela justifie largement la plus basse note que l'on puisse donner !

Clean and comfortable

Our third visit -- we like the kitchen and laundry facilities, reasonable walking distance to city center and train station (although in winter we use a taxi from and to the station) Be aware of restricted check-in times and lack of 24-hour front desk. We were able to telephone to drop off our bags mid-day, but a later call went to voice mail. We felt the optional breakfast is not worth the extra charge when it is so simple to buy breakfast foods at the nearby Carrefour Express and prepare your own. Good choice for someone who doesn't feel the need to pay for 4-star amenities.

I stayed here for few times. In the beginning everything was good. But last time, there was no towell and they didnt give the correct nternet login & password And again, on this stay I had same problem with internet. Did they give the incorrect login in and password because dont't want guest to use internet?

위치좋고 깨끗한 숙소

스트라스부르역에서 멀지 않고 내부에 싱크대. 전자레인지. 인덕션. 그릇등 구비되어있어 콘도와 유사하고 세탁실도 있어서 좋았습니다.쁘띠 프랑스와도 멀지 않아 위치도 좋고 깨끗하고 좋았습니다. 한가지 단점은 레지당스라 체크인전에 짐 맡기는 과정이 좀 힘들었네요. 체크인전에나오는 사람이 없으면 들어가는것 자체가 힘들었고 프론트에 씌여진 전화로는 연결이.안되어 예약바우처에 있던 전화번호로 연결했습니다. 체크인이 5시30분부터 가능한 점이 유일한 단점이네요 그이외에는 가성비 갑이었습니다

Très bon rapport qualité prix

Très bon rapport qualité prix, bien situé. Pas de resto, garage et petit dej en supplément mais vraiment ça vaut le coup. Personnel jeune et aimable. Manque juste un passage entre 2 nuits pour remettre du savon :(

Clean, contemporary option in Strasbourg.

Clean, contemporary and lots of space. The WiFi was very slow though, almost to the point it was unusable. Reasonably priced compared to the other extortionate prices due to the Christmas markets.
