Good accommodation for a short stay

We were looking for a transit accommodation for a night and we picked this hotel for being close to the highway. We got what we wanted; comfortable beds (for 3 of us) and clean bathroom with good shower.

Easy, cheap little place to say outside Strasbourg. Nice walk along the canal available. Plenty of shops and fast food restaurants nearby. Easy transport into the city if you prefer not to drive.

Schrecklich Klar habe ich für den Preis nichts besonderes erwartet, aber es waren zwei schlaflose Nächte. Getränke Automat im Foyer defekt Im Bad läuft die ganze Zeit ein Lüfter durch, viel zu laut Wände so dünn, man hört alles Badezimmer stinkt ebenfalls Check in am Automat musste 2tes Mal nach Anruf durchgeführt werden Trotz bitte nicht stören Schild war jmd im Zimmer und hat die Handtücher getauscht, nett gemeint aber bei zwei Nächten nicht nötig

Hatte das Hotel aufgrund der Lage und des Preis/Leistungsverhältnisses gewählt und auch nur einen reduzierten Service erwartet. Im Prinzip OK. Allerdings hatte ich die Buchungsbestätigung per Email auf dem Handy, und die Rezeption des Hotels ist digitalisiert - also wurde ein Zugangscode am Terminal neben dem Eingang verlangt. Da sich mein Handy aber automatisch beim Provider FREE verbunden hat und keine gute Internet-Verbindung aufbauen konnte, konnte ich die Email mit diesem Code nicht bekommen. Den Code konnte ich dann über den B&B-Service telefonisch bekommen. Diesen Code musste ich dann am Eingangs-Terminal des Hotels eingeben, um den Zugangscode und die Zimmernummer zu bekommen. Das Problem hatten noch weitere 8 Personen vor der Eingangstür. There is room for process improvement. Ansonsten ist es für den Preis OK.

Alles bestens im B&B

Wer die Kette kennt, weiß was man erwartet. Zwar kleines Zimmer, aber sauber und sehr gemütliche Betten. Die Dusche schön groß und warmes Zimmer. Parkplatz kostenlos und sehr freundliches Personal. Des Weiteren gab es mehrere deutsche TV-Kanäle. Top👍 Immer wieder gerne und vielen Dank für die Umsetzung unserer Wünsche! 200 m vom Buffalo Grill entfernt: sehr zu empfehlen. Seit über 40 Jahren immer wieder verlockend lecker. Unbedingt besuchen.
