"While the room was clean and comfortable, one of the basic amenities we expected was complimentary coffee for guests. Most hotels provide courtesy coffee in the lobby or in the rooms, so it was surprising that this hotel did not. It felt like an unnecessary cost-cutting measure that took away from the overall guest experience. Small touches like complimentary coffee can make a big difference in making guests feel welcomed. Unfortunately, this was a letdown, and I hope the hotel considers adding this simple amenity in the future."
